Director, Simon Payton, is a fastidious craftsman who is on site daily working alongside our staff and contractors on every project. Simon has been in the building industry for over 20 years, working in Project Management and Site Management positions in Christchurch and Sydney. Simon has been involved in large scale commercial projects including Northlands Mall, The Palms, Southern Cross Hospital, Countdown and Pak n Save Supermarket redevelopments, as well as residential experience spanning all aspects of high-end architecturally designed homes to historic homesteads and renovations. Simon is a natural leader who makes things happen. He is focused on turning his clients dreams into realities without hassle or compromise for them.
