We’re known for our top-quality shop fit-outs and are proud to hold the principal contract for the management and delivery of shop fitting for Kmart department stores throughout New Zealand. Our director, Simon, and the EXO Construction team have been involved in the project management of new Kmart stores and redevelopment of existing stores for the past seven years. This is an ongoing project as Kmart continue to deliver to the New Zealand Market.

Simon and his team are masters at project management, efficiency and delivering within tight commercial timeframes. In addition to our major Kmart development project, we have been involved in the previous large-scale commercial projects including the redevelopment of Southern Cross Hospital, Northlands Mall, The Palms, and Pak n Save and Countdown supermarkets. We’ve also worked with the Christchurch International Airport Emirates kiosk, Toll Rail and Adidas stores.

Part of our commercial service includes office fit-outs, and we’ve completed plenty in our time.
