We are a preferred supplier for cladding installations through Placemakers Riccarton and the preferred installer for BGC products. We are also James Hardie accredited installers. Our team of builders are expert installers, no matter what the medium and will ensure the perfect finish and look for your exterior.

Director Simon Payton has a well-respected name and reputation for quality in the Canterbury building industry. Much of our work is through client referrals, repeat customers and as a trade industry preferred supplier. We are known for getting things done and making things happen. Commercial Shop Fit-Outs
We work for RMS Shopfitters who manage the shop fit-outs for Kmart department stores nationwide. Along with RMS, we provide the skill, project management and labour to deliver Kmart projects. Over the last 2 years we have been engaged by RMS to partner with them in the delivery of re-fits and new stores for Kmart. This is a manger project that will continue for another 2 years nationwide.
Simon and his team are masters at project management, efficiency and delivering within tight commercial timeframes. In addition to our major Kmart development project, we have been involved in previous large scale commercial projects including the re-developments of Southern Cross Hospital, Northlands Mall, The Palms, Pak n Save and Countdown Supermarkets. As well as the Christchurch International Airport Emirates Kiosk, Toll Rail, Adidas Store and multiple office fit-outs.
We provide the project management, labour and skill to complete projects, large or small.
New Buildings and Renovations
We will ensure that your new build or renovation is completely hassle free, managing the process from consent through to completion. We have the skills, expertise and experience to take on any residential new build - large or small, standard plans or high end architectural designs.
Company Director, Simon Payton, oversees all projects and is hands on with his management approach, guiding the build every step of the way. We have renovation experience across the board, from extensions and new bathrooms/kitchen, through to large remodelling, high end and heritage detailing. Simon’s fastidious attention to detail is evident in all of his building projects.
